Garlic Bread
Garlic Bread is a very easy to make and good recipe for the hungry kids at breakfast or evening snack along with soup.

Ingredients:
Bread - 6 slices
Butter - 100 gms (softened)
Garlic cloves - 10 nos (finely chopped)
Oregano/ Coriander - 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Directions:
Mix chopped garlic, oregano and butter together and keep it aside for fifteen minutes.
Take the bread slices and slather one side of the bread with the batter.
Heat a frying pan. Place the bread upside down and let it roast for 2 mins or till the side becomes golden brown.
Turn the bread and let the other side roast till golden brown.
Serve with hot soup.
Footnotes:
I have used Amul butter for the recipe, which is already salted. If you are using unsalted butter, please add less than 1/4 tablespoon of salt to the batter.
