Ridhima's Secret Indian Recipe !

2 cups of Bombay Rava(Sooji)
1 onion chopped
2 green chillies
2 bunch of curry leaves
Small piece of ginger for taste (fine chopped)
1/2 bowl of Green Matar (Peas)
1/2 teaspoon of Mustard seeds
1 teaspoon of channa dal
1 teaspoon of udad dal
Coariander leaves
Salt as per the taste
- Roast 2 cups of Bombay Rava (Sooji) on a low medium for some time until it becomes little crunchy and remove it in a plate - Then pour 2 teaspon of oil in a kadai and once the oil is heated slightly pour 1/2 teaspoon of Mustard seeds followed by 1 teaspoon of channa and udad dal,green chilli,fine chopped onions, garlic,curry leaves, Green peas and keep in medium flame until the onions changes to light brown in colour and it is half cooked. - Pour 4 cups of water ( always double the water on the amount of Sooji taken for preparation ) and put the salt as per the taste. - Put the high flame until we the water boils - Once the water starts boiling pour the sooji in the kadai and keep stirring so the lumps does not form. - Place the lid on the kadai and lower the flame until the water evaporate. - Once the water evaporate then close the flame . - Serve it is a plate and Garnish with coriander leaves along with little Ghee for yummy taste
