Godhi Ladoo (wheat Ladoo)

Wheat is most common cereal available all over the world and it has high demand due to its health benefits. Wheat is used in preparing various food stuffs like bread, pasta, crackers, bagels, cakes, and muffins, Laddoo etc. wheat Laddoo is very much popular in the India and it is loved by almost every one. Today I will tell you how to prepare simple and sweet wheat Laddoo.

Wheat flour 2 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee ½ cup
Cashew nuts 10 - 15
Almonds 10 - 15
pista 10-15
powdered elaichi ½ teaspoon
Heat ghee in nonstick pan add wheat flour roast it on low flame, roast it until flour turns its color to light brown and start releasing its aroma.
Transfer the flour into another plate and allow it to cool down
Take pan and heat the ghee
Take 1 cup of sugar and make it powder using mixer
Chop the Pista, cashew and almonds into small pieces
Now take a mixing bowl and mix the wheat flour, powdered sugar, Pista, cashews and almonds
Now mix the warm ghee into the mixture and mix it up well
Now u can start making small Laddoo from the mixture, allow it to cool down and then your wheat laddoo is ready to serve.
