Saffron And Rose Pudding

This is my signature dish and my family and friends simply love it as it's finger licking delicious and full of nutrition. It is easy to prepare with handful of ingredients.

Milk - 2 cup
Rice (soaked and coarsely ground) 1/2 cup
Sugar- 1/3 cup or as per taste
Saffron-Few strands
Dry fruits - as per liking
Rose Petals- for garnishing
Boil milk in a saucepan.
Add coarsely grounded rice. Keep stirring and cook till it start thickening like pudding consistency.
Add saffron and sugar and cokk till the sugar dissolves completely.
Serve chilled garnished with dry fruits and rose petals.
Rice must be grounded coarsely,do not make fine paste. Add sugar at last .
