Chenna Ki Sabzi (cottage Cheese Ball Curry)

It is a vegetarian recipe which is made by chenna ( cottage cheese). Chenna is made by adding citrus acid like lime juice or acidic powder. It has lower calories than milk and is easily digested.

Chenna (cottage cheese) 200 grams (7 ounce )
Onion Paste 2 tablespoon
Ginger-garlic paste 2 tablespoon
Cumin powder 1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Milk ½ cup
Refined Oil 2 table spoon
Salt 1 tablespoon
Sugar ½ tablespoon
Take chenna and add ½ tablespoon salt and make small balls and keep it aside.
In a pan put the refined oil and shallow fry the chenna balls and take it out.
In the remaining oil put the onion and ginger- garlic paste and sauté for two mintues.
Add cumin powder and red chilli powder and cook the masala till it starts leaving oil.
Add milk, salt, sugar and chenna and cook it over low flame for 5 mintues. Chenna ki sabzi is ready. Serve it with Naan.
