Aloo Rajwari (potato Cooked With Whole Masala)

Ingredients: 
Potato – 200 grams
Tomato – 150 gram
Garlic – 5 cloves (chopped)
Ginger – 10 grams (chopped)
Green coriander leaves – 10 grams (chopped)
Green chilli – 2 pieces (chopped)
Red chilli powder – ½ tablespoon
Coriander powder – ½ tablespoon
Garam masala powder -1/2 tablespoon
Onion – 2 pieces – chopped
Cumin seeds – ½ tablespoon
Salt – 1 tablespoon
Oil – 4 tablespoon
Directions: 
Boil the potatoes till it is half done . Peel and cut into pieces.
Heat oil in a karahi and add the cumin seeds, once it starts popping add the chopped onion and garlic. Saute till the onion becomes translucent. Add chopped ginger, green chilli, coriander powder, red chilli powder and tomato puree. Fry till the masala leaves the oil.
Add half done potatoes, coriander leaves, garam masala and salt and mix well. Finally add ½ cup of water and pressure cook the curry upto two whistle. Serve hot with maake ki roti.
