Ingredients: 
ONION - 4 CHOPPED
BESAN - 4 TBSP
OIL - 4 TBSP
SALT TO TASTE
RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 TSP
CORAINDER POWDER - 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - 1/3 TSP
GARAM MASALA - 1/2 TSP
DRY MANGO POWDER - 1/2 TSP
JEERA - 1 TSP
ASAFEATIDA - 1/4 TS
Directions: 
Put kadai on gas add chick pea flour in it. Keep the flame slow . Roast besam till raw taste of besan will go out. After roast besan take out into a plate. Put same kadai on gas and add 2- tbsp oil in it. Oil is heated now add jeera . After crackling jeera add asafeatida and chopped onion . Mix well . Add salt to taste, turmeric powder , coriander powder and red chilly powder and mix well. Cook on medium flame. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes check onion you can see they cooked well . Keep stirring it after some times. Add roasted besan, garam masala, dry mango powder. Mix well. Close the lid cook for 2more minutes. Keep the flame slow. After2minutes check subji. Subji is ready . Servewith roti, paratha or puri.......
