Best Indian Pakora Recipies
In this rainy season; enjoy some Indian style crispy pakoras with a cup of tea.
10 - 15 minutes
Potato – 3 large
Finely chopped Green Mango – ½ cup
Chili flakes – 2 tsp
Chick pea flour – 2 large cups
Chopped ginger – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
Cut potatoes in a thin finger shape.
Marinate mangoes with salt and keep for 1 hour . Squeeze to remove water from mangoes.
Combine all ingredients except oil.
Heat oil in a pan, pick up one tbsp full mixture and transfer into oil.
Crispy pakora wiil be ready in 10 minutes.
