oil - 2 Tsp
Chow Chow -1
Coconut - 1/2
Chana Dal - 1 Tsp
Urad Dal - 1 Tsp
Tamarind - Little
Cumming Seed - 1/4 Tsp
Salt - As Per Requirement
Garlic - 4 clove
Red Chilies - 4
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Curry Leaves
Heat Pan add oil in it. Later on add chopped chow chow and saute it for a while.
Once chow chow is cooked, transfer it to a bowl and allow it to cool.
Heat pan and add oil, red chilies, chana dal, urad dal and saute all in slow flame.
Transfer it to a mixer jar and add cooled chow chow, garlic, tamarind, coconut, salt and make a fine paste by adding little amount of water.
Finally add tempering with oil, mustard seeds, chana dal, uard dal and curry leaves
