Crispy Cluster Beans
This recipe is a kutchi cuisine and is a side dish
Dried cluster beans 1/2 cup
Oil for frying
Red chilli powder 1tbsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Salt to taste
Wash cluster beans thoroughly in water and dry them in sun light for 2-3 days until totally dry.
Take oil in a kadai and heat when it is hot add hand full of dried beans and immediately cover with a lid .
When the beans stops spluttering drain and keep aside. Repeat the same process for rest of the beans.
In a bowl take deep fried Beans add all the masalas and toss well and serve.
Dried beans left over can be stored in an air tight container for a long time and can be used whenever needed
