Healthy Chutney (hari Chutney)
This is standard green chutney that I used to stock in my fridge for all summer; this serves as a great addition spread for wraps, bhelpuri, kebabs, chaat, snacks, dhoklas etc. It’s always handy, tangy, refreshing and cooling!

Ingredients:
Fresh Green Coriander Leaves- 250 gms (chopped and washed)
Mint Leaves- a small bunch (chopped and washed)
Raw Mango-1 (chopped)
Amla ( Indian Gooseberry) - 2 (chopped)
Lemons-2 big and juicy
Garlic Flakes-6-7
Sugar-1/4 teaspoon
Green Chillies-3-4
Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt-to taste
Directions:
Grind all the above ingredients (coriander, mint leaves, green chillies, salt, raw mango,sugar, amla, lemon juice and garlic) in a mixer jar, by adding a little water to make a smooth paste.
Adjust the seasoning as per your taste.
Transfer the chutney in an air-tight jars and use as required.

You can store this chutney in air-tight jars and keep it in the fridge. It stays fresh for two weeks.
