Kuttu Ki Poori

Kuttu Flour - 1.5 cup
Medium sized boiled potatoes - 3
Sendha Namak - 1 Tsp
Water - 1/3 cup
Oil - for deep frying
Take 1.5 cup Kuttu flour in a bowl.
Mash the boiled potatoes into small and big pieces, add them to the flour, and mix well.
Add 1 Tsp Sendha Namak to the mixture. Then add 1/3 cup of water in the bowl and make a smooth dough of the flour mixture.
We have added less amount of water to make the dough because this atta starts oozing water very fast. Moreover, the ratio of water and flour taken here will help you in rolling the pooris very easily.
Heat oil in a pan. Meanwhile, make round balls from the dough & roll it in some dry kuttu flour.
Roll the ball into a round thick poori. Once the oil is hot, slide the poori into the pan.
Once poori puffs up and slightly changes color, flip it to the other side. Once it is well cooked from both the sides, take it out on a tissue paper.
Serve hot kuttu pooris with aloo ki sabji and enjoy your fasting feast :)
