Mixed Vegetable Vada (mixed Vegetable Pakoda)

Pakodas are all time favourite tea-time snacks. We commonly prepare onion pakoda, potato pakoda etc. Have you ever thought of a mixed vegetable pakoda that can be easily prepared at home using your left over bits of vegetable? Vegetable vada is healthy and crispy and tastes so good with tea. You can easily prepare this recipe to make a lovely snack for your kids and loved ones

Ingredients: 
Carrot (chopped into small cubes) - 2
Beans (chopped into small pieces) - 1 cup
Capsicum (chopped into small pieces) - 1 cup
Onion (chopped into small pieces) - 1 cup
All purpose flour- 1 cup
Corn flour - 1/4 cup
Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder- 2 tsp
Salt- as needed
Coconut oil- as needed
Water- as needed
Directions: 
Mix the chopped vegetables, all purpose flour, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder and water in a vessel
Heat coconut oil in a pan
When the oil gets heated well, take a handful of mixture and drop into the oil
When both sides are fried well, remove it from oil and spread to a paper towel
Serve hot with chilli or tomato sauce
