Paneer Aur Besan Ka Chila(cottage Cheese And Gramflour Pancake)
Paneer aur besan ka chila is a perfect recipe for breakfast or evening snack. It is sweet, salty and spicy at the same time, perfect to tickle the tastebuds. It has paneer and besan , both are good sources of protein.
Besan (Gramflour) 1 cup
Paneer (cottage cheese) 100 gram (3.5 ounce)
Onion 1 piece (finely sliced)
Tomato 1 piece (finely sliced)
Green chillies 2 pieces ( inely chopped)
Salt 1/2 tablespoon
Chat masala ½ tablespoon
Refined oil 4 tablespoon
Imli chutney 1 tablespoon
Coriander chutney 1 tablespoon
Take besan in a bowl, add ½ tablespoon of salt and ½ cup of water and make a batter.
Place a tawa on gas stove and apply 1 tablespoon of oil. Afterwards put a spoon full of batter and make a pancake. Once both the sides are done take the chila on a plate.
Before serving, put the sliced paneer, onion, tomato and green chilli in the middle of chilla, sprinkle some chat masala and top it with imli chutney and coriander chutney. Fold the sides and serve hot.
Add some maida to get thin rounded chila.
