Shimla Mirch Ka Halwa ( Capsicum Halwa)

Who can Imagine adding Capsicum in a sweet dish? Actually Capsicum has a typical flavour and taste and thus it is generally used in savoury side dishes like Paneer Capsicum and Capsicum aloo or snacks Like stuffed Capsicum or Capsicum Pakora. It is also used in Indian Chinese recipes. Shimla Mirch ka Halwa is a sweet/ dessert recipe which combines its subtle flavour with khoya and gives you a different taste.
