Spring Onion Thoran
It's a very yummy and heart healthy dish.Full of herbs only.You'll definitely enjoy this.

Ingredients:
2 bunch of spring onions
Half cup grated coconut
4shallots onion
4green chillies
A pinch turmeric
Few curry leaves
Salt to taste
Few mustard seeds
2tsp oil
Directions:
Wash thoroughly and chop the spring onions.
In a grinder put coconut,chillies,shallots,curry leaves,turmeric and salt and grind.
In a pan pour oil and splutter mustard
Then put spring onions and ground masalas together and close with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with chappatis or rice
