Suki Bhel

This is a speacial type of suki bhel which can last for weeks.

200 ml Oil
1/2tsp Turmeric powder
1tsp Red Chilli powder
1tsp Dry Mango powder
3tsp powdered Sugar
8pcs green chilies chopped
1 cup mint leaves and coriander, chopped
Few pieces of curry leaves
100gms Spicy red farsan
250gms Mamra (Puffed Rice)
Salt to taste
Pinch of hing
Take a big vessel and add oil to it. Once it is warm add hing to it gree and then chilies to it and saute it for a while.
Add mint and coruander leaves to it and saute it for a while
Add curry leaves and saute it.
Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and mix everything.
Add mamra to it and mix thoroughly. Let it cook for few seconds.
Add sugar and dry mango powder to it and mix well.
Add farsan to it and mix well. Let it cook for a while.
Take it out in a bowl and serve with sev puri and dry chutney.
