Crunchy Mackerel Fish Fry

This crunchy Mackerel fry is one of my favorites. It’s simple, nutritious and fulfilling. It is a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids. It is a fatty fish, but not just any fat, it has a large amount of heart-healthy omega 3 Fatty acids. it is also considered as environment-friendly seafood in comparison with tuna.

Studies have shown that it tends to reduce inflammation and potentially lower the risk of heart diseases, arthritis, and cancer.

It’s shallow fried so it won’t send you on any guilt trip, moreover, it is super yummy and crunchy.

You can try this at lunch or at dinner. I am pretty sure that you can find this fish in both the temperate and tropical parts of the world, which makes it quite affordable and easy to find.
