Ingredients: 
MILD CHILLY - 12 OIL AS PER NEED BESAN - 3/4 CUP MANGO POWDER - 2 TBSP SUGAR - 4 TBSP BESAN - 1 TBSP CORIANDER POWDER - 1 TBSP SALT TO TASTE RED CHILLY POWDER - 1 TBSP RICE FLOOR - 1 TBSP AJWAIN POWDER - 1/4 TSP PINCH OF BAKING SODA
Directions: 
Take at big bowl and besan, rice flour, salt to taste, ajwain, red chilly powder and little water. Mix well to make smooth batter with free flowing consistency. Ensure no lumps are formed. Close lid and keep it aside. Take green chilly and put half cut vertically to create cavity and remove seeds. prepare all chillies in same way. For making stuffing take a plate. Add sugar, dry mango powder, coriander powder, besan, red chilly powder, salt to taste , little oil for forming good binding and mix well. Stuffing is ready now. Take chilly and fill stuffing into cut cavity. Press little . Prepare all chillies in same way. Put a pan on gas with high flame. Add oil for fry. When oil is hot, bring down flame to low. Add baking soda in batter and mix well. Take stuffed chilly and dip into batter then add to hot oil for fry. Add more chillies for fry. Fry them till they become crispy . Take them out in serving plate. Fry rest of chillies in same way. Chilly pakode are ready . Serve with tomato sauce, green chilly and enjoy tangy taste .!!
