Ingredients:
Kodo Millet - 1 Cup
Water - 2 Cups
Directions:
Take one cup of kodo millet (varagu arisi) and soak it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Wash it thoroughly and add 2 cups of water.
Pressure cook it for 4 whistles.
We are done now. This rice can be used instead of regular rice.
