Macher Dimer Pakora (fish Egg Pakora)

Macher dimer pakora is a Bengali side dish recipe usually cooked in rainy season when fish lay their egg. Macher dim is good source of protein. This recipe can be served with evening tea or as a starter with lunch.

Ingredients: 
Macher dim ( fish egg) 150 grams
Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder ½ tablespoon
Besan (gramflour) 2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder ½ tablespoon
Salt ½ tablespoon
Mustard oil 5 tablespoon
Directions: 
Take the macher dim in a large bowl and then add garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and besan and mix well.
Heat oil in a karahi and the by hand pour small portion of the batter in oil. Fry on low heat till the pakora turn light brown. Serve hot with salad and chutney
