White Salad
This salad is very protein rich, you may try giving it to your kids. It can be a dish in your Party's menu. You may serve it hot in winters and in summers chill it in fridge for an hour before serving. I had tried it as office lunch and had it in chilled form.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Brown and Green Sprouts (Matki and Moong)
1/2 cup Grated Cabbage
1/2 cup grated Carrots
1/2 cup Sweet Corns
1/2 cup Soya nuggets
1/2 cup Pasta
1 tea spoon chopped Ginger, Garlic and Green Chillies
1 table spoon finely chopped Raw Mango (in off season you may add lemon juice)
1 pinch of Garam Masala
Salt for taste
Directions:
Steam Sprouts, soya nuggets, sweet corns and pasta together for 5 minutes, and drain out water.
Add vegetables and spices.
You may add spices of your own choice. Suggested spices are powder of Jeera(Cumin) and Black pepper and Cinnamon or chat masala.
Footnotes:
You may add soya sauce, chopped cheese cubes and honey to enhance the taste.
One can serve it with hot garlic bread. Don't use pasta if you are serving it with garlic bread
